Step 1: Log In to Your EHR Dashboard

Step 2: Navigate to Setup
Once logged in, go to the Setup section from the EHR dashboard. This area provides access to configuration settings, including the encounter services.
Step 3: Access ENC Setup
Under Setup, click on ENC Setup to manage encounter-related services and settings.
Step 4: Go to Encounter Services
In the ENC Services menu, select Encounter Services. This will open a section where you can manage the services available for patient encounters.
Step 5: Add New Service
Click on Add New to create a new encounter service entry. This action opens a form for you to enter the service details.

After filling out all necessary details, click Add to save the service in the system.
