How to schedule an appointment for existing patient

If the patient is already in the system, then search for the patient and click on Create Encounter button

OR

You can click on the patient name and go inside the patient to schedule an appointment.

1. Go to Patient and Click on Create Consult.

2. Click on 'Schedule Appointment.'

2. Fill in the Appoinment details:

   • Encounter Date and Time

   • Select Provider and Service

   • Appointment Day and Time.

3. Save It

4. Fill out the details whoch you want rest keep blank.(Nothing is mandatory).

5. Scroll Down click on Submit Consult. (It is mandatory else your consult will not be created).
