Step 1: From the main dashboard, navigate to the “Patient” tab.

Step 2: In the Patients tab, search for and select the patient’s name.

Step 3: Click on “Consults” to access the patient's consultation records.

Step 4: Select “Encounters” to view encounter details.

Step 5: Locate the encounter for the desired date and click “View” to open it.

Step 6: Click on “Actions” and choose “Print Forms” from the dropdown menu.

Step 7: Select the type of summary you wish to send to the patient.

Step 8: Choose the specific sections to be included in the summary.

Step 9: Click on “Send to Patient Portal” to securely share the summary with the patient.

This process ensures that patients receive a summary of their medical encounters through the patient portal, enhancing communication and access to their health records.
