1. Account Administrator

The Account Administrator holds the highest level of access within the system. Their responsibilities include:

Locking/Unlocking Members: Grant or restrict system access for individual users.
Adding Site Administrators: Manage the assignment of site-level administrators.
Viewing Reports: Access system-wide reports to monitor performance and activity.
Managing Payment Profiles: Update or change Stripe payment profiles for billing purposes.

2. Site Administrator

The Site Administrator oversees operations for a specific site. They have the following responsibilities:

Creating Locations: Establish new locations under their site.
Adding Location Administrators: Assign location-level managers such as Office Managers or Billers.
Viewing Revenue Reports: Access revenue reports specific to the locations under their site to monitor financial performance.

3. Location Administrator

The Location Administrator manages activities within a specific location. Their responsibilities include:

Adding Providers and MAs/Nurses: Assign healthcare staff to the location.
Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments for the assigned location.

4. Prescriber

The Prescriber, typically a provider, focuses on direct patient care. Their access is tailored to their clinical role and includes:

Appointment Creation: Can manage appointments specifically for themselves.
