How to Enter Anatomy Diagnosis Details in EMR

Once the chart is signed off, the following label will appear.

Step 1: Log In and Access Patient Profile

• Log in to your EHR dashboard.

• Click on Patient, select the specific patient, then go to Consult and click View.

Step 2: Open Diagnosis Information

• Navigate to the Diagnosis Info section.

Step 3: Select Anatomy

• Click on Anatomy, then choose either the Male Body or Female Body based on the patient’s gender.

• You’ll see four anatomical views: Front, Back, Left, and Right.

Step 4: Document Details for Each View

• Start with Front and select the area where you wish to document a diagnosis.

• Enter a brief description of the issue.

• Click Save to store the information.

Step 5: Repeat for Other Views

• Repeat the process for Back, Left, and Right profiles if needed, adding specific notes for each anatomical perspective.
