How does Patient Screen work?
This video will show you how you can add a new patient when the patient calls your office.
Within DocVilla EHR, Go to the Patient Tab on the top.
Go to the Patients' tab.
2. Create a new patient by click on "Add Patient" if the patient does not exist. If the patient already exists then click on the Create Encounter icon
3. Click on Schedule Appt button
4. Fill in the required information. Select Service, Appt Day, Appt Time and click on Save.
5. Select the chief complaint and click on Submit consult.
6. You will find the consult in your consults tab.
