For HIPAA compliance, the DocVilla account using multifactor authentication. If you provide an incorrect password or authentication 5 times then your account will get locked. You need to contact support@DocVilla.com to unlock the account or you can even raise a ticket.
We recommend having 2 account administrators in your account. If your and other staff member’s account gets locked, then the other Account Administrator can unlock your account. To do so, login as Account Admin, go to Directory → Mark login locked as No for any staff member.
Tip to avoid getting locked - Do not provide incorrect credentials 5 times within half hour period.
