You can add next of kin or relatives in DocVilla. Go to the patient’s profile. Click on Basic Info. Scroll down and click on Next of Kin

Click on Add Next of Kin and follow the steps.
Once the Next of Kin is Added, then click on “Caregiver for”

Caregiver feature will allow the patient to view the PHI of the next of kin in the Patient’s patient portal. So use it with caution. Make sure that you do not attach an incorrect next of kin with the patient. Make sure that you get written permission from the patient and the kin if you want show the kin’s data on the patient’s patient portal. |
