​How to track Patient Referral Sources and view Referral Reports in DocVilla

Step 1: to Setup → Enc Setup → Referring Provider to create and manage referring providers. You can add Friends, Google, Instagram, Providers name, etc. from where you usually get the patient referrals.

Step 2: Enter the Referring Provider details → click Save Changes.

Step 3: You can add Referring provider either in the patient profile or in the patient encounter.

Step 4: Once a Referring Provider is attached to a Patient, then you export patient data and apply filters. Navigate to the Patients tab → click the Export option → download the file in CSV or Excel format.

Step 5: Press Ctrl + F in Excel to search for the Referring Provider section → apply filters to review and analyze the data.
