How to Charge Virtual Cards in DocVilla EHR

DocVilla allows you to charge virtual cards received from insurance companies as part of claim payments.

Note: These payments are from virtual cards are not associated with any specific patient. It just offers you the ability to charge the virtual cards that the payers may send depending on your preference.

Steps to Charge Virtual Cards:

  1. Click on “Setup” from the main dashboard.

  1. Select “Enc Setup”.

  1. Click on “Payment”.

  1. Enter the required payment details:

    • Card Number

    • Cardholder Name

    • Amount

  1. Click on “Charge Card” to process the payment.
