How to Send Mass Bulk SMS or Email in DocVilla EHR

DocVilla EHR does not directly support sending bulk SMS or email messages due to compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations. However, you can send mass communications by integrating with third-party, CAN-SPAM-compliant marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms.

Steps to Send Bulk SMS or Email:

Export Patient Data:
- Go to the Patients tab in DocVilla.
- Export the CSV file of patient demographics, which includes patient names, email addresses, and phone numbers.

Upload to Marketing Software:
- Import the CSV file into a CAN-SPAM-compliant platform such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
- From there, you can create and send bulk email or SMS campaigns to your patient list.
