How to Print an After Visit Summary in DocVilla EHR

The after-visit summary provides patients with a detailed overview of their visit, including care instructions, assessments, and follow-up plans. You can easily print this summary from the patient’s consult section.

Steps to Print an After Visit Summary

Go to the Patient Consult section.

Search for and select the patient’s name.

Click on “Actions.”

From the dropdown menu, select “Print Forms.”

Choose the specific sections you wish to print — for example:
- Plan
- Assessment
- Additional Notes (this can include the aftercare summary from the provider)

Click on “Print” to generate and print the After Visit Summary.

📌 Note:

The After Visit Summary can also be shared digitally by selecting “Send to Patient Portal” if you prefer to provide the summary electronically instead of printing it.
