Notification Emails in DocVilla EHR

By default, DocVilla EHR sends system notifications to all location admins. These notifications may include:

• Patient scheduling notifications

• Fax notifications

• Lab notifications

• Other important system alerts

Customizing Notification Email Address

If you would like to change the default notification email address (for example, to office@medicalpractice.com or info@medicalpractice.com) that is shared among different staff members of your practice, then you can request this update.
