When a patient confirms or declines an appointment, the system automatically sends a notification to the provider.
Notification Details
The notification is sent to the notification email account saved in your DocVilla EHR account settings. Please email us at support@DocVilla.com to add/remove any notification email users.
You will receive the alert in real time, allowing you to take necessary action (such as rescheduling or following up with the patient).
