When a patient confirms or declines an appointment, the system automatically sends a notification to the provider.

Notification Details

  • The notification is sent to the notification email account saved in your DocVilla EHR account settings. Please email us at support@DocVilla.com to add/remove any notification email users.

  • You will receive the alert in real time, allowing you to take necessary action (such as rescheduling or following up with the patient).


Tip: Make sure your email address is updated and correct in your DocVilla EHR profile to avoid missing any appointment-related notifications.
