How to add Delegates in DocVilla EHR

Delegates in DocVilla EHR allow staff members to monitor and manage tasks on behalf of other team members. This feature helps streamline collaboration and ensures tasks are tracked effectively.

 

  1. Switch to Account Admin Role

    • Change your role to Account Administrator.

    • Click on the Directory tab at the top.

  1. Select a Member

    • Search and select the staff member you want to assign delegates to.

    • Click the plus (+) icon in front of their name to open the detailed view.

  1. Assign a Delegate

  • Click the pencil (edit) icon.

  • Select the name of the member you want to assign as a delegate.

  1. View Task Status

    • To track assigned tasks, click on the My Task icon.

    • You will be able to view the status of all tasks for the delegated staff member.

Important Notes

  • You can also become a delegate for another staff member. This allows you to monitor and manage tasks assigned to them.

  • Staff members can be cross-linked as delegates. For example:

    • Make Staff Member 1 a delegate of Staff Member 2, and vice versa.

    • Both staff members will then be able to view and manage each other’s tasks.
