How to Resend the Telehealth Link to a Patient in DocVilla EHR

If a patient has misplaced or not received their telehealth link, you can easily resend it. DocVilla sends the link through Email and Text to the patient.

  1. Go to the Consults tab at the top.

  1. Search for and select the name of the patient.

  1. Click on Actions.

  1. From the dropdown, select “Send Appt SMS/Email”.

    • The telehealth consult link will be resent to the patient via both email and SMS.
