How To Print Vaccine Record in DocVilla EHR
DocVilla EHR provides two convenient ways to print a patient’s vaccine records: through the Patient Profile or through the Patient Encounter.
✅ Important: Use the Patient Profile method when you need the complete vaccination history. Use the Patient Encounter method when you only need vaccine records linked to a specific visit.
✅Option 1: Print Through Patient Profile
Navigate to the Patients tab at the top.
Search for and select the patient’s name.
Click on the last icon labeled “Print and Send Forms.”
From the Type of Summary drop-down, select Patient Vaccine Information.
Click Print to generate and print the vaccine records.
(Optional) To share the information with the patient on patient portal, click Send to Patient Portal.
✅Option 2: Print Through Patient Encounter
Navigate to the Consults tab and select the patient’s name.
Click on the Actions button.
Select Print Forms from the drop-down.
From the Type of Summary drop-down, select Encounter Detailed Summary.
Check the box for Vaccine List.
Click Print to generate and print the vaccine records for that specific encounter.
(Optional) You may also click Send to Patient Portal or Fax to share the details.
