Creating and activating a patient profile in DocVilla is a streamlined and secure process that ensures patients can access their health records, appointments, and communications directly from the patient portal. Step-by-Step: Creating a New Patient Profile in the DocVilla

 

  1. Login to DocVilla Provider Portal
    Start by logging in to the Location Admin dashboard using your administrative credentials.

  2. Navigate to the “Patients” Section
    Now on top click on “Patients”, then click on the left-hand side menu, “Add Patient”.

  3. Fill in Patient Details
    Enter the following information carefully:

    • First Name & Last Name

    • Date of Birth

    • Gender

    • Email address

    • Phone number

    • Address and other demographic data as needed

 

  1. Enable Patient Portal Access
    Don’t forget to check the box labeled “Enable Patient Portal”. This is what triggers the system to send a registration email to the patient.

 

  1. Click “Save and Create”
    Once all required fields are completed, hit “Save and Create”. The patient’s profile is now created, and an activation email will be sent to the email provided.
