How to remove staff member or a provider ?
If a team member/staff is leaving:
First, lock their account from your admin settings to prevent further access.
Then, please email us at support@docvilla.com to request permanent removal of the staff member from your account.
If a Provider is leaving your practice:
In addition to following the steps above, please also assign and the consults as well as tasks of that provider to another provider. Once the provider is removed, then the practice won’t have any visibility on the consults or the tasks for that provider.
