To keep your account secure, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) or OTP is mandatory for all providers. 2FA adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a second step to verify your identity, even if your password gets stolen.

Please take a moment to set up 2FA on your DocVilla account to ensure your information stays safe.

Step 1: Go to the Setup > User profile

Step 2: Choose your preferred method to receive the 2FA code.
We recommend using your phone for quicker and more secure access

Step 3: Enter your mobile number and click "Send Test Code."
You will receive a code on your mobile device. Enter that code in the "Test Code" field and click "Save" to complete the setup.
