How to Create and Send Scripts to Imaging Centers or work excuse or sick leave letters
To add Provider Signature, create it in Microsoft Paint or take a picture of your signature, then send it to the support team to upload into your account.
Steps to Create and Send Scripts to Imaging Centers
Step 1: Log In to Your EHR Dashboard
Access the EHR system with your credentials.
Step 2: Create a New Template
Navigate to Setup -> ENC Setup.
Go to Custom Templates -> Other Templates.
Click on Create New Template.
Design your script template:
Include necessary fields and details.
To add your signature, create it in Microsoft Paint, then send it to the support team to upload into your account.
Step 3: Use the Template in an Encounter
Open the specific encounter for the patient.
Go to the Documents section.
Select the template you created and click Use Template.
Step 4: Customize and Generate the Script
Modify any details in the template as needed.
Click Generate Document.
If you want to share the script with the patient, check the box for Share document with patient.
Step 5: Fax the Script to the Imaging Center
The system will create the script in the selected format.
Download the document and use the eFax feature to send it directly to the imaging center.
