Open up the chart/encounter that you want o sign. Click on Actions → Click on Sign off
Once the chart is signed off, the following label will appear.

DocVilla also offers ability to co-sign a chart. Please email us at support@DocVilla.com to add a cosigner. This is useful feature for NPs who have a collaborating physician and would like to get chart co-signed from the collaborating or supervising physician. |
Once the chart is signed, it will move from Active to Completed tab.
If you print the encounter summary, then your signature will appear in the signed document. We can upload signature corresponding to your account. Please use Microsoft Paint to create a signature and email it to us at support@DocVilla.com .
To Un-Sign a Chart
Once the chart is Signed, it moves to the Completed encounters. Go to Completed Encounters section and open up the Chart.
Click on Actions → Unsign Appt
You will have to provide a reason for un-singing. The Encounter then moves to the Active Encounters. You will be required to sign the chart again.
